Behind the scenes, Graphicae manages document storage and sharing for the entire organization so that intellectual assets produce maximum value.

Documents created in Excel, PowerPoint and Word are automatically indexed and tagged at the point of creation. This reduces the burden on the user and facilitates good file management procedures.

The Document Server stores these files in a special knowledge management repository. Users can then access content and reuse file elements directly in Excel, PowerPoint & Word via the Document Searcher. This greatly cuts back on production time, reduces file loss and shares brilliant ideas.
